Place the electronic device back into its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
